Questions we hear often.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead, especially in peak season. We can often take last-minute jobs too.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Every move includes basic liability coverage, with options for additional coverage. We'll go through the choices when you book.
What if I'm not ready to receive my items?
Your belongings can stay in our secure warehouse. The first 30 days of storage are included with every quote.
Can I pack my own boxes?
Yes. You can pack yourself, have us pack everything, or mix both. We can supply boxes, wrap and tape either way.
Are there items you can't transport?
For safety and regulatory reasons we don't carry hazardous materials or perishables. We'll give you the full list during your consultation.
